With over 10 years of experience across Europe, Lola has built a career at the intersection of culture, media and technology, working in both the private sector (Rothschild Foundation) and the public sphere (French Ministry of Culture) before leading strategy for a major production group.
This dual expertise, combining strategic vision with deal-making acumen gives her a deep understanding of corporate and institutional dynamics, and the ability to successfully execute complex transactions with demanding stakeholders.
Leveraging an international network and a bold, founder-minded approach, she supports companies in defining and executing their growth strategy, building high-impact partnerships, and achieving successful fundraising outcomes.

With over 20 years of international experience, Caroline excels in strategic networking and public relations for innovative tech companies. An expert in transatlantic communication, she helps French start-ups expand in the United States through a strong network of decision-makers, investors, and industry leaders.
As President of La French Tech New York, she has been instrumental in structuring and energizing the French-Tech ecosystem in the U.S., while also investing in and advising several start-ups through her role at The Galion Project.

François Chambaud is a serial entrepreneur and operational executive with over 15 years of P&L leadership across company creation, high-growth scale-up, turnaround, and M&A-driven transformation: spanning luxury, fashion, tech and industry.
Experienced in interim executive mandates (CEO / COO), he operates with equal effectiveness in growth, crisis, and restructuring situations: building teams, driving revenue, managing P&L, leading fundraising processes, and navigating complex transitions in multicultural environments.

Formerly Managing Director of Vice TV France, after several years at Canal+ and Vivendi, he has developed a strong expertise in brand strategy, content production, and audience development for new generations.
A lecturer at Sciences Po and a contributor to various media outlets, he bridges editorial vision and strategic leadership to help creative companies scale their impact and shape the future of cultural and digital narratives.
Stéphane Panyasiri

With over 30 years of experience across Asia, Europe, and North America, Stéphane is a serial entrepreneur and international investor recognized for his expertise in fintech, gaming, mobile adtech, artificial intelligence, and blockchain.
He has been involved in the creation, operational management, advisory, and sale of numerous companies, including transactions with PayPal and OpenAI. Active in the gaming industry, Stéphane developed an early interest in blockchain and has supported several startups by providing his expertise in business structuring and financial modeling.
